3. Cayce gave the most details. He said that the skill involves trance to the complete inversion of mental focus from the external to internal. He includes the physical body with the external. He said all 5 senses need to be trained away from the physical. Focus inward going deeper to accomplish this.
4. External environment is a factor in learning to do this. Also the ETI's emphasized dance and activity balanced with meditation.
5. Once this skill has been accomplished then the tools become accessible and can be used in the physical world. The tools will not work as well if this is done in reverse, that is focusing on the use of the tool before accomplishing the described level of trance work.
6. Bob Lazar's account of the UFO propulsion, steering and working supports this. The craft was not taken outside of the atmosphere and was not space worthy if his description is accurate. The advanced features of the craft were never accessed by the engineering team. This indicates to me that the S-4 craft was not taken into deep space. That information is consistent with the session information. ETI's stated that there were two different travel techniques, one used locally and one for inter system travel.
