I
wanted to go over in particular the reason why the
channelling ET and trans-dimensional communication techniques are an
improvement over the sky watch practices of CSETI, ESETI and
traditional seances.
First
lets go over the issues we run into with sky watches and CE-5
experiments. A CE-5 sky watch is an intentional attempt to contact an
extraterrestrial intelligence and ask them to fly over the group in a
craft or to fly an unmanned probe over the group. When a craft is
seen the group signals with lights or requests certain manuevers to
confirm the presence of contact with the ETI's flying the craft (
Extraterrestrial intelligence's) Proof is sought using photography
and videography, often with IR or night vision equipment. The group
then records specific experiences which are believed to be related to
secondary contact.
A
traditional seance is done much in the same way but proof of presence
has a broader scope and can include sounds, apparitions, PK, and
other manifestations. The procedure is nearly the same as CE-5. A
CE-5 is basically an outdoor seance.
These
practices are beneficial I believe. I do not have any problems with
doing seances or CE-5's. I enjoy fieldwork and I have been involved
in CE-5 since the mid late 1990's.
One
problem is the weather. CSETI was formed in warm and reasonably dry
climates. In Nova Scotia the primary problem with doing sky watches
is that it rains or is foggy very frequently at night. We have 6
months of snow free ground. Of that 6 months 4 months of that
presents significant problems with ticks, biting flies and
mosquitoes. It leaves very little time to do sky watches with decent
weather and without constant bombardment by biting insects. So I was
really inspired to formulate an indoor protocol because we just
couldn't do anything most of the time but meet indoors and discuss
conspiracy which I find rather unfruitful. That's why I started to
work on this. The end result, however, I think is actually
scientifically superior to an actual sky watch
Scientific
studies need a couple characteristics to be considered valid. One
they have to be repeatable. That means that I can do something and
produce a certain result. I teach someone else and that person can do
the same thing and have a similar result.
All
of the experiments I've done with this technique have worked for
everyone that I have taught it to. All have produced indications in
the session data that telepathy has taken place. In one group lesson
telepathy between the group members was also very clearly present
based on the session data when it was compiled. My numbers are not
large but so far the results have been consistent and repeatable.
Second
thing that a scientific study would require is that the purpose of
the method produce something interesting or useful. In both books, I
present case studies which are focused on information related to
archaeology, climate science, and healing. The information can be
validated though not all aspects have been validated at this time.
This is because one of the case studies takes place 200 years into
the future. The technique of scrying, dowsing and channelling can be
used to obtain real information about alien techniques and
technologies. Now advanced technology is somewhat difficult to
understand but the ETI's seem to be able to give information that I
have been able to process. I have been able to learn their history
and how manned interstellar flight was accomplished in two separate
civilizations. I learned about their healers and healing cultural
practices. I know how to start basic training for both. I believed in
this enough to start this training myself learning the same things
the ET youth learn as they grow up. I believe that through using this
communication technique I've broken the barriers presented by the
distance of space and the enigma of energy healing which right now is
fairly unreliable as a medical technique and is used only as
complimentary practice instead of primary allopathic medicine.
Third
characteristic of a scientific study is controls have to be present
and play a substantial role in the execution of the experiment.
I
use one primary control technique which partially fills the
requirement of experimental control. It is that the target or topic
of conversation is hidden from the conscious mind of the person doing
the work.
In
my scrying and channelling books, I present practices for solitary
practitioners. This practice is not sufficient however, for
scientific studies. But the use of the grab bag is an improvement
over traditional practices and introduces a way to do controls in
personal practice.
For
a strict scientific experimental study, the target or topic of
conversation would have to be double blind. That means the target or
topic list would not be known to the practitioner until the end of
the study. Calibration targets would be included in the mix and
probably would be 50%-100% of the contents of the grab bag. The
person running the sessions and selecting the targets would also not
be aware of the list or which target has been selected. ( hence the
term double blind). All targets would have to be verifiable for the
sessions to be considered valid.
As
far as the practitioner is concerned the double blind techniques used
in scientific studies is actually more beneficial. It will
essentially eliminate guessing and force greater reliance on
telepathy, thus improving the accuracy of the communication.
The
use of controls becomes more difficult when judging the session data
because links between the target and the content are often symbolic
and subjective. However, if the practitioner maintains a high level
of integrity and it is understood that the symbolic content can only
be interpreted by the practitioner at feedback then I don't think
there would be a problem. It presents a far more controlled study
than the photographs and videos taken at a sky watch. This
technique certain present better control and a higher standard of
practice than many of the studies seen today.
Photos
and videos today cannot go through a chain of custody during film
development as a control. the content is digital and does not
require developing. The images can be changed very easily and
seamlessly with the right software. This is not acceptable for a
scientific study. With the advent of digital photography and
videography the validity of visual evidence is gone. So the sky watch
while being enjoyable and emotionally satisfying does not provide any
substantial evidence that could be used in a credible scientific
study. The technique for communication, scrying, dowsing and
channelling presented in the books Art of Scrying and Dowsing and Art
of Channelling do open a new pathway to controllable, repeatable and
useful techniques which could be used in an experimental study.
